Handcrafted Performance Beer

“With the selection FL Fuoriserie Performance Beer, I wanted to create a beer that is dedicated to all the fans of sports cars. I therefore chose this small local brewery of handcrafted beer and personally designed a label which is sporty but at the same time elegant and classic, just like the first sports cars were. The names too are associated with cars and speed; Fast, Autodromo, Gran Premio and Gran Turismo. The brewery is located between Florence and Siena along the road leading to San Gimignano.
The philosophy of this family-run brewery has quality and passion as its main ingredients and the raw materials are selected in places where the brewing tradition dates back thousands of years. Even though the production process is tied to tradition, at the same time it is evolving and the brewers study and innovate constantly.
By choice, only high fermentation beers are produced, beers that have not been pasteurized but that have been refermented in the bottle, without the use of additives or preservatives.”
