FL Fuoriserie beers are home-brewed and of outstanding quality, with carefully selected local raw materials.
The Brewery range is produced in limited quantities, without the use of preservatives or chemical flavours and additives, and captures the very essence of the values of the Tuscan territory: history, nature, culture and an unparalleled reverence.
The producers devote enormous attention to qualitative parameters and have an internal testing laboratory where daily chemical and microbiological controls of the beers are carried out.
The ancient traditions of the art of brewery are here combined with the latest and most advanced scientific research, in partnership with the University of Siena and with CERB (Centre of Excellence for the Research of Beer) at Perugia University, a project (the first of its kind in Italy) focusing on investigating possible uses of the plants native to the Siena countryside in the production of beer. In addition, an experimental cultivation of hops has been initiated to test the possibility of its acclimatization in the countryside of Siena.
The producers pay particular attention to environmental sustainability of the production activity. Promotional material is printed on recycled paper and the residues from the pr duction of the beer are re-used as feed for local animals.
