The sparkling wine is brilliant. Perfect to drink young, but capable of evolving well over time, developing hints of wild white berries, delicate citrus at the same time reminiscent of peach and elderberry notes.
On the palate it is deep and clean, pleasant taste, softft, slightly sapid, mineral and persistent with fine and lasting perlage.
BLUE Extra Dry
Blue Extra Dry, a wine that Fabio wanted because it embodies the result of the ethical behavior and particularly respectful of the nature of the producer of the Euganean hills, in Veneto. Blue Extra Dry takes its name from the color favored by Fabio, a symbol of depth, serenity and harmony, the same qualities that he himself seeks in relations with the producers of his wine.
