“With the selection FL Fuoriserie Performance Beer, I wanted to create a beer that is dedicated to all the fans of sports cars. I therefore chose this small local brewery of handcrafted beer and personally designed a label which is sporty but at the same time elegant and classic, just like the first sports cars were. その名前も車やスピードに関連している。ファスト、アウトドローモ、グラン・プレミオ、グラン・ツーリスモ。醸造所はフィレンツェとシエナの間に位置し、サン・ジミニャーノへ続く道沿いにある。
この家族経営の醸造所の哲学は、品質と情熱を主な原材料とし、原材料は醸造の伝統が何千年も続く場所で選ばれている。生産工程は伝統に縛られているが、同時に進化しており、醸造家は常に研究し、革新している。
選択肢として、高発酵ビールのみを生産している。低温殺菌はしていないが、瓶内で再発酵させたビールで、添加物や保存料は使用していない。”
