Unfiltered nor pasteurized beer with pleasant finesse that enhances the aroma of cacao.
Dark color. Strong and persistent foam. Light notes of caramel, coffee and licorice. In this beer the aromas of cacao mix well with the fruity, floral aromas of hops.
At the entrance to the mouth it is moderately bitter and carbonated. Maltosity balances with hops, and sometimes covers it slightly with a moderate note of caramel.
