Exceptional Moscadello di Montalcino from late harvest of Moscato grapes. The drying of the grapes on the plant allows a strong concentration of sugars necessary for the loss of water.
The must obtained from the soft pressing of the grapes. It ferments directly in carats where it ages for 2 years.
Moscadello goes well with foie gras, aged cheeses and gorgonzola cheese, dry pastries and handcrafted biscuits with dried fruits.
